HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
We have made shopping at Cenit Lighting’s online shop easy for you. You can search either by Product Type or by Brand. Under Product Type, we have listed our available selections under Indoor Lighting, Outdoor Lighting, Emergency Lights, Exit Signs and Kitchen & Home Accessories. Simply select the item(s) you are looking for and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button. Review items in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES CENIT ACCEPT?
We accept bank deposit payments at the moment. Once you have confirmed your order, we will send you an email confirmation including our bank information for your payment.
DOES CENIT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Thank you for your interest! At the moment we are only accepting local Philippine orders but we hope to be able to serve international orders soon. In the meantime, if you do have specific inquiries, please feel free to email us at info@cenitlighting.com and we will do our best to assist you.
HOW CAN I GET MY ORDERS?
Upon payment confirmation, we will send you an email to let you know the delivery schedule and fees. Typically, orders will be processed and delivered within 4-7 days. As an alternative, you may also choose to pick-up your ordered items. Just let us know by email that this is your preference and bring a valid government ID when you pick up from our showroom. Pickups can be arranged at our showroom at 670 Florentino Torres Street, Sta. Cruz, Manila, Monday to Friday, 9AM to 4PM.
DOES CENIT OFFER INSTALLATION SERVICES?
For certain products that require installation, we would be more than happy to assist you. Kindly email us at info@cenitlighting.com and our Technical Team will guide you through the pre-requisites of installation. Charges for installation is processed separately.
DO THE PRODUCTS COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Yes. All our products have been carefully selected to ensure their quality and performance and come with a limited product warranty against any factory defects under normal operating conditions. Lighting products come with a 1-year warranty and Kitchen Accessories have a 3 months warranty.
DOES CENIT ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
Should you decide to return or exchange an item, just let us know within 7 days of receipt. Given that the items are in the same condition as they were received, we will gladly give a full refund in the form of store credits. Please note that all shipping charges back to us and again to you will be to the account of the buyer. Just drop us a line at info@cenitlighting.com for matters of exchanges and returns.
